Team Leader Meeting
The team leader meeting will be held on Thursday, 22 October, at 19:00 in Stavanger Swimming
Hall. The meeting room entrance is next to the kiosk on the 2nd floor.
Opening Ceremony
The opening ceremony is on Friday, 23rd of October, at 16:30. First, there will be a march-in of the
oIicials before we will continue with the ceremony and the oIicial opening.

Call Room
Entrance to the Call Room is in the corner on the second floor (Mezzanine). From there it is a
staircase down to the waiting area. Athletes must check in at least 15 min before their swim.
The last heat in each event for the two youngest classes will walk in to music as the swimmers
approach the starting block.

During the finals music/lights and presentation of each athlete will be conducted.
Award Ceremony – Only for Superfinals/Direct Finals
The award ceremony takes place on the podium in the swimming hall. Medals will be presented and
athletes will stand on the podium.
Athletes are encouraged to wear club attire during the award ceremony.
Medals for the youngest classes will be handled out at the Meet OGice / Reception area

Warm-up
The pool owner has placed restrictions on the number of swimmers in the main pool at the same
time, so warm-ups will be divided into groups. Please see separate document.

Entry Ticket for Spectators
– 100 per day
– 250 weekend pass
– Pensioner/student: 200 weekend pass
– Children under 9 years old: free

Photographer
There will be opportunities for photography at NSSM in Stavanger. All photos can be downloaded
free of charge in low resolution (with watermark), or you may choose to purchase high-resolution
photos (without watermark).

First Aid/Medical Assistance
A medic will be present in the swimming hall throughout the meet. There is a defibrillator in the
swimming hall.
